Thou, Bethlehem, art least among the [people] of Judah. Out of thee
shall come [the people] that shall rule my people [of] Israel.
And [the people of Bethlehem] shall establish his kingdom upon the
throne of David, and upon peace,
and to order it with judgment and
to [order] it with justice, and there shall be no end
of the increase of government
from henceforth, even
for ever.
The zeal
of the Lord
of hosts will perform this.
