And Simon's wife's mother laid sick with a fever. When they besought him of her and he was come out of the synagogue, and they were entered into the house of Simon, he touched her hand. And the fever left her immediately and she arose and ministered unto them. His fame spread abroad throughout all the country and region in and round about Galilee. When the sun set, they brought unto him all them that were possessed with devils and that were sick with divers diseases and he healed them. And, behold, they brought to him a man sick of the palsy, lying on a bed. And when they could not bring in, they let down to him.
