Jesus entered into Capernaum and a certain servant of the centurion was sick. And when the centurion heard Jesus was come, he went and came to Jesus and he besought him, beseeching him that he would heal his son, saying, Lord, I am not worthy that thou shouldest under my roof: speak but word and my servant shall be healed for I am a man under authority, having soldiers under me: and I say to one, Go, and he goeth; and to another, Come, and he cometh; and to my servant, Do this, and he doeth it.
