When they by the way side hear the parable of the word then cometh the sower and taketh away the word that was sown in their hearts. They on stony, when they hear the word, receive it with joy but have no root in self and dure for a while. When tribulation or persecution ariseth for the word they are offended in time. And they that hear the word and which are among thorns, the cares of this world and the deceitfulness of riches choke the word and becometh unfruitful. But they that are on the good ground hear the word and bring forth fruit, some an hundredfold, some sixty, some thirty.
