Then he said to his disciples and all the multitude, Beware of the scribes, which love to go in long clothing, and love greetings in the markets, and the chief seats in the synagogues, and the uppermost rooms at feasts, which devour widows' houses, and for a pretence make long prayers. Woe unto you. Ye shall receive greater damnation for lade men burdens grievous to be borne, and ye not with one fingers.
