Revelation 4:1 ¶After this I looked, and, behold, a door was opened in heaven: and the first voice which I heard was as it were of a trumpet talking with me; which said, Come up hither, and I will shew thee things which must be hereafter.

Revelation 4:2 And immediately I was in the spirit: and, behold, a throne was set in heaven, and one sat on the throne.

According to http://bible1.crosswalk.com/Lexicons/Hebrew/heb.cgi?number=01835&version=kjv , the word "Dan" means "judge". Paragraph 015 mentions that the Apostles became the "judges". The diagram above shows that the word "Dan" (which means "judge") and the word "eagle" are synonyms. The word "judge" and the word "eagle" are therefore also synonyms. The mention of the "eagles" in paragraph 098 might therefore be a reference to the "judges", that is, to the Apostles in their role as "judges" on Judgment Day.
