Additional Information:
http://www.towers-online.co.uk/pages/shaftos1.htm asserts "the Giza plateau was known as the "House of Osiris". If this assertion is correct, then the name "Beelzebub", which means "Lord of the house", is another name for "Osiris". Furthermore, the phrase "my house" (in paragraph 087) is therefore a contrast to the "House of Osiris". The phrase "your house" (in paragraph 109) is also a contrast to the phrase "my house"; so it is also a similarity to the "House of Osiris". The mention of the "house" of Beelzebub (in paragraph 015) is therefore also a mention of the "House of Osiris". The destruction of the Temple in Jerusalem (in 70 AD) is therefore a prophesy that the "House of Osiris" will likewise be destroyed. What remains to be seen is whether the prophesy includes the literal "House of Osiris" at Giza or whether it merely means the figurative "House of Osiris". (See also the glossary entry for the phrase "God of the dead".)

http://www.andrewcollins.com/page/articles/Cygnus_Orion_Giza.htm asserts "So now it seemed that for Rodney the 'wing' stars of Cygnus, linked to the plateau through its associations with the cult of Sokar - a falcon-headed god of the dead who presided over Rostau, ancient Giza, and was the earthly counterpart of the celestial sky falcon god dwn-'nwy - could be superimposed over the three main pyramids." If this assertion is correct, then the name "Beelzebub", which means "Lord of the house", is another name for "Sokar" instead of or possibly in addition to "Osiris".

http://www.mysterious-america.net/cygnusdebateheat.html offers a comparison of the Orion theory to the Cygnus theory, and asserts "Cygnus, located at the Great Rift of the Milky Way, forms a large cross that essentially rotates around the north pole—the axis point where stars appear to move around a fixed, unmoving point." This site furthermore asserts, "Perhaps the greatest unintentional support for Cygnus as an important part of ancient Egyptian lore comes from astronomer Ed Krupp. In an article titled, “The Antiquity of Man,” Krupp related, “Magical incantations inscribed on the interior walls of some Egyptian pyramids pinpoint the destiny of the pharaohs once buried within them. These prayers are known as the Pyramid Texts, and they tell us that the final destination of a dead king's soul was the sky. In particular, the pharaoh flew to the circumpolar stars. Neither rising nor setting, these stars migrate around the north celestial pole without ever slipping into the underworld below the horizon. To the Egyptians they were the ‘undying’ stars, and their immortality would naturally attract a soul in search of everlasting life. In ancient Egyptian belief these stars advanced as a celestial army, parading eternally around the hub of heaven and keeping the cosmos on course with the daily rotation of the sky.”. If this latter assertion is correct, then the word "hosts", in the phrase "Lord of hosts", refers to this "celestial army". The combination of the assertion, "Cygnus, located at the Great Rift of the Milky Way" and the assertion, "These prayers are known as the Pyramid Texts, and they tell us that the final destination of a dead king's soul was the sky. In particular, the pharaoh flew to the circumpolar stars" lead to the conclusion that the Egyptians believed that the soul of the king returned to the place from which it had come, that is, from Cygnus which is asserted to be located at the Great Rift of the Milky Way.

http://edj.net/mc2012/fap11.html asserts, "The dark-rift was mythologized as either the mouth or birth canal of the Milky Way deity - the Cosmic Mother or Great Creatrix." If this assertion is correct, then the word "womb" in the phrase "opens the womb" refers to the Great Rift of the Milky Way in general and to Cygnus in particular.
