Moses.

Additional information:
The word "comet" is derived from the Latin word "cometa" which in turn is
derived from the Greek word "kometes" which means "long-haired". A comet is
therefore often depicted as a woman with exceptionally long hair. The story of
Rapunzel (in the version told by the Grimm brothers) is an example of this
method of depicting a comet. A comet is also often depicted as a snake or a
dragon which either has "horns" or a "beard", or both, and/or has wings (usually
on or near its head); or it is depicted as a bird with either an exceptionally
long comb, long head feathers or long tail feathers, or some combination of these things.
An example of a comet depicted in a story as a woman, whose hair is snakes, is
the story of the Medusa. Depicting a man as having "horns" and/or a "beard" is
yet another traditional artistic way to indicate that the man is either a comet
or is somehow associated with a comet. The beard represents the tail of the
comet and the horns represent the fragments of the comet which travel near the
main body which is depicted as the head of the person. Hence the "horns".
In the instance of Moses, a comet (or a part of it) apparently impacted the
Earth in a manner similar to that of the "Seven
Macaws" impact and with similar results, including an ocean slosh. It was
presumably the slosh which allowed the twelve tribes of Israel to cross the dry
bed of the Red Sea while fleeing the Egyptians and the return slosh which wiped
out the pursuing Egyptians. The suggestion of a comet impact is not an attempt
to suggest that the Most High God (MHG) was not responsible for the twelve
tribes being enabled to cross the Red Sea and very shortly thereafter
responsible for the Egyptians perishing when the Red Sea sloshed back. To the
contrary, the suggestion is merely that the comet was the means by which the MHG
caused the Red Sea (and all other seas and oceans) to slosh. The fact that the
MHG had told Moses when he was to lead the twelve tribes out of Egypt is
proof that the MHG knew beforehand what was going to happen and when. It is our
belief that the MHG did not merely know what was going to happen and when it was
going to happen, the MHG was instead the cause that the comet impacted precisely
where, when and how He wanted it to impact in order to achieve His goal of the
twelve tribes crossing the dry seabed and His additional goal of the Egyptians
perishing while attempting to also cross the seabed shortly thereafter. The
suggestion that the MHG chose to control a comet to achieve His goals is
nevertheless merely a suggestion because it cannot now be proven to have been
the means He chose.
